It's easy to donate blood for our troops and a great way to show those who are defending our nation that you support them. The next drive is at the American Legion Post 55 in Winston-Salem on April 5, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. While it will take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to donate, you can help the process along by completing a couple of forms concerning travel and medications. Here is a link to the travel form:

You can pull up the forms, print them and complete them before you arrive. Of course, not everybody will need these forms but if you do, you will have them in hand.
